Dr. Dieter Bischop — Founder of the Hanseatic Institute and developer of System Empowering
Dr. Dieter Bischop is the founder and director of the Hanseatic Institute in Hamburg and Kiel.
Since 1998, he has supported entrepreneurs, business owners, and family businesses in coaching, mediation, and business succession. Over more than 28 years of practice, he has guided more than 1,000 cases and, in doing so, developed the System Empowering methodology — an approach that resolves conflicts and blockages not at the surface level, but at their systemic root cause.
He earned his doctorate in quantum field theory in 1998 (University of Kiel), is a certified trainer and mediator of the BMWA, and has published three books on coaching, mediation, and personal development.
Why entrepreneurs come to Dr. Bischop
Typical concerns that lead owners and managing directors to the Hanseatic Institute:
- Conflicts between shareholders that cannot be resolved through legal means
- Business succession in family companies, where expectations, old wounds, and loyalties are the real obstacle
- Leadership blockages, where entrepreneurs themselves notice they can no longer make clear decisions or build trust
- Teams that fail to work together despite a good structure
- The wish, as an entrepreneur or executive, to act from inner strength again instead of pressure and reaction
In these situations, it often becomes clear that the problem is not the structure itself, but violations of the System Laws that have built up over the years.
This is exactly where the work with System Empowering begins.

In meinen drei Büchern findest du ausführlichere Informationen dazu.
