Jan Schulz - System Empowering Coach & Mediator

I have been a member of the System Empowering team at the Hanseatic Institute since late 2015. From 2006 to 2011, I studied business administration, political science, and psychology at the University of Rhode Island. In 2011, I joined the German Navy and left the Bundeswehr in 2024 after 13 years of service. From 2012 to 2016, I studied psychology at the Helmut Schmidt University/University of the Federal Armed Forces Hamburg and earned my Master's degree. During my studies, I met Dieter and Annika and began my training as a coach.

As an officer, I not only learned how to lead people early on, but also how to make structured decisions, coordinate and execute projects, lead teams, and analyze complex issues calmly and purposefully. As a psychologist and System Empowering Coach and Mediator, I love supporting my clients in finding their power again to sustainably resolve emotional injuries.
