Annika Dulige
Annika studied law because she wanted to understand how our society is shaped by structures and framework conditions, and how the legal system can create justice. But her heart always belonged to people, and to the question of which causes lead to blockages and conflicts in companies and families. That is why, after completing her master's degree, she trained as a mediator and systemic coach.
As a former high-performance athlete, she knows how important it is to keep realigning one's own focus in order to achieve goals. The persistence she developed through her own crises means that she always thinks in solution-oriented terms, no matter how difficult the path ahead may seem.
Since 2007, Annika Dulige has worked exclusively as a coach and mediator, supporting individuals and groups in companies and families as they navigate everyday changes and conflicts and find clear paths forward. She knows from her own experience that crises can bring untapped potential and new strength into life. In this work, Annika Dulige guides her clients with her positive attitude, experience, and state-of-the-art methods. Her focus areas include applying the Genea Method for personal development, working with the System Laws in conflicts and change processes, as well as vision work and coaching in companies and families.
It is especially close to her heart to support companies, owners, and executives in bringing their leadership responsibilities in business, as well as their relationships and family life, into healthy balance - for fewer conflicts and more joy in life!
Beyond this, Annika is passionate about accompanying fellow coaches as a sparring partner in mentoring and supervision.
Annika Dulige is a member of the founding team of the Hanseatic Institute and head of the Systemic Coaching training program.
