But her heart always belonged to people, and to the question of which causes lead to blockages and conflicts in companies and families. That is why, after completing her master's degree, she trained as a mediator and systemic coach.  <\/p>\n<p>As a former high-performance athlete, she knows how important it is to keep realigning one's own focus in order to achieve goals. The persistence she developed through her own crises means that she always thinks in solution-oriented terms, no matter how difficult the path ahead may seem. <\/p>\n<p>Since 2007, Annika Dulige has worked exclusively as a coach and mediator, supporting individuals and groups in companies and families as they navigate everyday changes and conflicts and find clear paths forward. She knows from her own experience that crises can bring untapped potential and new strength into life. In this work, Annika Dulige guides her clients with her positive attitude, experience, and state-of-the-art methods.
